Haridwar Trip
A religious day trip to Haridwar was successfully organized by the Club with enthusiastic participation from Rotarians and their families. The families of several Rotarians joined the tour, making it a spiritually enriching and memorable experience. Members had the opportunity to take a holy dip at Har Ki Pauri, seeking peace and blessings in the sacred waters of the River Ganga. The visit promoted devotion, fellowship, and togetherness among members and their families. Overall, the Haridwar trip strengthened personal bonds while embracing cultural and spiritual values, leaving participants with a sense of fulfillment and harmony.
Governor’s Official Visit (GOV)
The Governor’s Official Visit (GOV) with the Club Board Members was successfully organized at Park Plaza. During the visit, the District Governor addressed the members and shared his vision, goals, and expectations for the Rotary year. His guidance and motivating insights inspired members to actively engage in impactful service projects and strengthen club fellowship. The official proceedings were followed by a warm and engaging family dinner, providing an excellent opportunity for interaction and bonding. The event was well organized and proved to be both informative and enjoyable for all attendees.
Cultural and Fellowship Program
A vibrant Cultural and Fellowship Assembly was organized at Best Western, bringing together members and their families for an evening filled with joy and interaction. The program featured lively dance performances, energetic rain dance sessions, engaging couple performances, and various fun games that created a festive atmosphere. Prize distribution was conducted to appreciate participants and encourage active involvement. As a special gesture, T-shirts were distributed to all members, generously sponsored by senior Rtn. R.K. Gulati and Rtn. J.L. Gulati, for which the Club expressed heartfelt gratitude. The event strengthened camaraderie and unity among members.
Fellowship and Family Bonding Evening
The Club organized a joyful fellowship evening that brought together members and their families in a warm and friendly environment. The presence of families added vibrancy to the event and strengthened interpersonal connections beyond regular meetings.
